HR Advisor Role

West Sussex based, 5 days per week initially

Up to £45k depending on experience


This sales-driven, commercial organisation with sites located across the South East are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join the HR team of 6.


As HR Advisor, you will:

  • Provide professional expertise and guidance to employees and managers on HR policies and company procedures.
  • Provide support for employees and managers with elevated ER concerns.
  • Take a lead role in supporting and coaching managers with formal disciplinary and grievance cases.
  • Supporting employees and assisting managers with absence management cases, both short and long term.
  • Take the lead with conflict resolution meetings.
  • Deliver line manager training.
  • Internal communications and staff wellbeing projects.
  • Policy and procedure development.


Successful applicants who wish to be considered for this role must have previous HR Advisor experience and be CIPD qualified to Level 5.

You will need excellent communication skills plus an affinity to connect and build relationships with people.
