Estate Agent Sales Valuer - Wombourne - up to £25k basic £35k package


Great opportunity to join this established, multi branch independent Estate Agency and Lettings brand who have built up an extremely impressive reputation over many years.

They are looking for an experienced Estate Agent Sales Valuer who will be carryingout business generation and valuations.

Experience of working in the local area is preferred alongside a minimum of 2 years valuation experience in Estate Agency.


Main Duties for the Estate Agent Sales Valuer Role:

  • Generating new business leads
  • Carrying out valuations
  • Building and maintaining relationships with prospective clients
  • Presenting sales pitches to prospective clients
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation.
  • Adhere to Company Best Practices/Brand Standards.
  • Promote features and benefits of the Company's service, e.g. marketing and advertising strength, customer service programme, customer care.

The successful Estate Agent Valuer will have the following skill set:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience working as an Estate Agent Valuer
  • Proven track record in winning new business
  • Strong relationship building and communication skills
  • Full UK driving license and Car
