Venture Recruitment Partners are working in partnership with a UK wide Services provider, based in Reading, in their search for an FP&A Analyst on a hybrid working basis.

This opportunity would suit an experienced Finance Analyst or someone looking to maketheir first move from practice.

Key responsibilities of the FP&A Analyst:

  • Working closely with the FP&A Manager, you will play a key role in the budgeting and formal forecast cycles, along with creating strong reports and analysis.
  • This position will Business Partner with a number of key Operational Heads where you will gain a good understanding of financial performance through regular reviews to highlight risks and opportunities. You will also be involved in managing and presentingkey financial information that will assist in more informed decision making.
  • You will take responsibility of understanding cash flow performance to provide further insight on risks and opportunities within the business.

About you:

  • You will also feel comfortable challenging difficult stakeholders and be able to manipulate complex data sets.
  • Strong communication skills
