We have immediate start positions available for experienced Healthcare Assistants to work within one of our care homes within the Chesterfield area.
This beautiful home provides residential, dementia and respite care to the service users.They offer a person-centred care with residents encouraged to lead an enriched life, supported by an engaging social programme packed full of clubs, trips out and regular entertainment.
Your role will be to follow personalised care plans which will enable the residents to live as independently as possible.
Other responsibilities may include filling in relevant paperwork, reporting any issues to senior staff - and just generally providing a friendly face

Experience & Qualifications:
- Have referenceable work history
- Hold indate mandatory training certificates (inc. moving and handling, safeguarding vulnerable adults and infection control)
- Hold an enhanced DBS certificate dated within the past 12 months or registered on the update service.
- Have a minimum of 3 months paid UK work experience working within a care setting.
