**Director of Nursing / Clinical Manager
Nursing Home
Erith in Bexley

Up to £50,000**Based within this large nursing home in Erith in Bexley you will form part of the Clinical Management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the homes high standards of clinical nursing practice as well as providing outstanding customer care to everyresident, visitor and external contact.

As Director of Nursing it is your primary care to ensure the resident's families and Nurse teams are supported and this is very much a part of a Directors/ Clinical Leads role, as is working closely with health professionals to ensure high quality care isdelivered at all times.

We require a Nurse Senior Clinician for this post proficient in best quality care, audits, supervisions and delivering improvements.

Up to £50,000 per annum plus benefits
Hours will be dependent on the needs of the service and in conjunction with the management team/ rota
