Investment Executive - Out of Home

£25k-£30k per annum DOE

London (hybrid)

Our client is seeking a versatile executive who can help trade and deliver on agency and client campaigns, ensuring the team are hitting measurement and commercial targets with crucial support while learning the skills needed to progress.

Savvy Media are working with one of the UK's leading out of home (OOH) agencies who provide best-in-class service for their clients across the whole landscape as an independent full service team.

They are seeking an Investment Executive who will have responsibilityin trading and negotiation, agreeing and controlling price across booking. Developing strong relationships is key.

Key responsibilities include but aren't limited to:

Trading and negotiating with clients
agreeing and controlling prices across bookings;
Understanding the media owners; their businesses; and acting as an internal brand ambassador accordingly;
Developing strong relationships with all media owner contacts;
Working alongside investment team members on negotiations and bookings on the assigned business area;
Working with planning and investment on negotiation and delivery of approved campaigns;
Keeping up to date with marketplace changes and providing expertise in this regard;
Contributing to internal documentation and software development by supplying the Planning team with pricing and availability consistently and efficiently;
Delivering relevant KPI requirements and PRF guarantees with the Investment Directors and Planning team;
Coordinating deals; taking minutes in meetings; coordinating slots; and taking responsibility for the campaign tracker;
Developing and growing industry knowledge through attendance of internal/external site tours; training programmes; and beyond;
Getting involved in the wider business.
