Maintenance Gardener

Full-time, Permanent
Pay :
£12-£14 per hour

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine garden maintenance tasks, including planting, pruning, weeding, and hedge trimming, to ensure gardens are wellmaintained and visually appealing.
- Carry out seasonal garden preparations, such as mulching, fertilizing, and lawn care.
- Operate and maintain garden machinery and tools in a safe and efficient manner.
- Monitor and manage plant health, identifying potential issues and implementing appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with the gardening team to plan and execute garden improvement projects.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including time spent, materials used, and any issues encountered.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Gardener, preferably in a highend domestic setting.
- Indepth knowledge of plants, horticulture techniques, and garden maintenance best practices.
- Proficient in using a range of garden machinery and tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and team members effectively.
- Physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- A valid driver's license is preferred.
