**Outbound Sales Advisor

- (No Cold Calling)

  • Office Based Chester le street
  • Must be North East Based to apply.**We are looking for an accomplished salesperson, to join our growing outbound team
Join our expanding Sales Team. We are looking for hardworking, self-motivated individuals who can be part of our already very successful outbound team.


Here at UK Warranty, We contact our own customer database to ensure we maintain cover for our existing customers who may be coming to the end of there current agreement.

We use our data based on permissions and no cold calling at all.

In return for your hard work, we offer:

  • A competitive base salary of £22,000 per year
  • An uncapped commission scheme (payment per sale) OTE £33'000
  • 37.5 hour working week

Key Responsibilities

  • Calling warm leads to promote our unique products and services
  • Working on a variety of dedicated sales campaigns
  • Accessing and updating customer records on our CRM system
  • Learning about the needs of our customers and treating customers fairly
  • Adhering to call compliance and FCA regulatory guidelines
  • Managing customer concerns and objection handling
  • Meeting agreed targets and KPIs
  • Highly motivated, professional and organised with bags of enthusiasm
  • Excellent telephone manner, verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Comfortable making calls and talking to new people
  • Tenacity to handle rejection whilst continuing with a positive attitude
  • Persuasive and goaloriented
  • Dependable and coachable with a strong work ethic
  • Experience in Microsoft Excel/Word and using a CRM system would be advantageous
