Here at Aecus Recruitment we are currently recruiting for experienced, reliable and hardworking factory operatives in the ST6 area of Stoke-on-Trent for a large pottery firm looking to further expand their workforce due to exceptional growth within the market.

As a factory operative you will be working within a pottery manufacturing environment producing items such as: plates, cups, bowls etc.

for use in the hospitality and retail sectors.

Your job as a factory operative will be largely varied and you will always be busy meaning your days will fly by.

The role of factory operative will work on a 4on 4off days and nights rotating basis and your pay rate as a factory operative will be £10.25 per hour with overtime and overtime rates available.

Duties of the factory operative role includes:

Operation of robots which produce 90 pieces per hour
Inspect and finish the ware to company quality standard
Quality checking
General housekeeping maintaining health and safety standards
Handwriting production records
Placing on conveyor belts and kiln cars
