Colwick, Nottingham, 100% office based:

  • Fri, 8.00am
  • 5.30pm

Key Responsibilities:


  • Help prepare onboarding materials for new hires
  • Assist in conducting new employee inductions and explaining company policies
  • Support in offboarding procedures, including exit interviews and paperwork
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate employee records, both physical and digital
  • Assist in maintaining the HR database and files for compliance
  • Respond to employee enquiries
  • Assist in resolving basic employee queries and issues, escalating complex matters to the Office Manager
  • Support in organising employee recognition programs and events
  • Provide general administrative support to the Office Manager, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in an administrative role
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
