**Job Title: Senior Account Manager (Marketing Agency Experience Required)

Salary:
£40,000 per annum

Location:
Hatfield, Hertfordshire

Contract:
Permanent, Full Time

The Company**:

A thriving, creative business within the Marketing sector, who work with a range of leading B2B Brands, are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to join their expanding team.

Due to continued growth and success, they are now seeking a focussed, motivated, and experienced Account Manager to support their valued client base.

The majority of the role will be to look after existing accounts with an element of new business activity.

Purpose of Position:

To successfully project manage a wide range of marketing communications projects. Ensuring client briefs, budgets, timescales & agency quality, and client service standards are met.

The Role:

Being the first point of contact for clients
Sourcing and researching marketing ideas, materials & suppliers, to each project requirements.
Support Account Directors, to ensure the successful delivery of marketing communication projects, such as; campaigns, social media, digital projects and BTL activity.
Taking client briefs, and confirming cost estimates
Accurately monitor & manage resources allocated to each project, to ensure agency profit margins are met
Maintaining a high level of client service and quality standards
To manage your own portfolio of client accounts
Support a mixture of industries, both on a B2B & B2C basis
Upsell and cross sell different services
Research and generate new client prospects, by means of new business activity

Skills/Experience Required:

Experienced Account Manager looking for their next step in their career (From Marketing Agency Background)
Digital project management
Copywriting
Experience of using CMS systems (WordPress ideally)
Experience of using online platforms (Mail chimp or Campaign Monitor)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proven experience in achieving targets
Selfmotivated, driven individual
Must have a passion for Marketing
Full UK Driving License required due to travel
