We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries.

If you have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and enjoy helping others, we would love to hear from you.


Responsibilities:


  • Answer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide accurate information about products and services
  • Utilize phone etiquette to ensure positive customer interactions
  • Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or upsell additional products or services
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient handling of customer inquiries

Qualifications:


  • Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills'
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers from diverse backgrounds

Salary:
From £23,671.92 per year
