Responsibilities;Managing and maintaining personnel schedulesAssisting the Management team on administration tasksCoordinating / Scheduling InterviewsManaging and maintaining company operational platformsManaging workload effectivelyCommunicating with employees & clientsMaintaining, updating and retrieving dataPreparing Operational & Clients ReportsSupporting various company departments
Role Requirements;Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlinesExcellent time management skills and ability to prioritise tasksProficient in Google & Microsoft platform suite's and other relevant software.
General requirements;Excellent communication skillsAbility to work off own initiative
