We are looking for a talented People & Operations Advisor to join Series A, AI powered logistics company.
About The Role:
You'll be working closely with the Head of People.
The role involves everything from supporting the overall team to helping develop the foundations of growth, such as training programs.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support key people initiatives e.g. execution of performance/development framework and employee lifecycle
- Building and analysing people reports
- Administration of third party service register including tracking renewal dates and license terms
- Administration of user access (using Single Sign On architecture)
- Supporting the the People & Operations team with all aspects of human resources within daytoday operational needs and a range of HR projects to achieve our people and culture agenda.
- You'll also get support during CIPD/Professional development ongoing communication will help this role move from generalist to eventually start specialising if that's where you want to go
- People systems data entry and maintenance and creating insightful ongoing reporting and recommend actions from this
- Building relationships across the business including temperature checks with staff and informal coaching

About You
- Strong HR generalist skills with a customercentric attitude with a passion for creating an exceptional employee experience throughout lifecycle.
- A good understanding of HR best practices and current regulations
- Hands on experience of Peoplerelated systems with a strong eye for data accuracy and completeness
- Experience preparing effective presentations and drafting written communications and policies
- Experience implementing or supporting learning and development activities, preferably within a growing small
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong ethics and integrity and be a role model to others
- Proactive; able to manage a busy workload, prioritise and organise effectively whilst managing expectations
- Positive, 'cando' attitude and a great team player but not afraid to challenge the status quo
- Experience in an scaleup tech business preferable
