Level of Education
- GCSE in English and Maths grade C or above or an equivalent qualification
- Level 3 Childcare Qualification is essential.
Level of Training
- Food Hygiene
- Safeguarding
- Paediatric First Aid
If you have not received the above training, employees of the Nursery will be able to complete the relevant courses to ensure the safety and well-being of all the children in our care.
Experience Needed
- Planning for the individual child
- Working in a childcare setting
- Using an online database to record the children's learning and development such as Tapestry _
- Desirable but not Essential as training will be given._
Skills Required:
- Suitable to care for children (a DBS will be completed)
- Team Player
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Honest, reliable and flexible with an enthusiastic approach to work
- Professional attitude and manner
- Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate excellent organisational skills
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 16 per week
Salary:
£10.00-£13.00 per hour
