At this service, we currently support eight service users that suffer from learning disabilities. Some of the individuals have very limited communication so they would use boards to convey their thoughts.

Colleagues need to work with the people we support to complete all aspects of day-to-day support including personal care, support with cooking, cleaning tasks, support with medication and finances, supporting people into the community, providing emotional support, finding new activities and opportunities.

Your role will be varied, and no two days will be the same.

Whether you're new to supporting people or have years of experience, you will get the training and support you need to do your job well, through our learning and development programme.
