PMO Transformation Specialist

Rate:
Up to £330.24 / day LTD umbrella

Key Responsibilities
The successful individual will have experience of working as a PMO or similar role carrying out the following activities:

Tracking dependencies between project plans and maintaining a programme dependency tracker/plan
Ensuring PMs update plans and reports regularly
Financial tracking and purchasing support
Collating and preparing programme reports
Reviewing tasks, risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies logs
To call out any overdue Jira and Confluence dashboard maintenance
General admin support

Essential Skills, Knowledge and Experience

Project Quality Assurance / Project Management Office experience for a large programme of work
Evidence of extracting and presenting data for a senior audience
Experience of finance/procurement activities on behalf of a large project/programme

Preferred:

JIRA, Planview, Confluence
