Description

Ann Mason Care are a family run Domiciliary and Live in Care business in Suffolk we are currently looking for a Care Coordinator to join our team.

Based at our office in Holton Park, Holton St Mary, CO7 6NN

Essential Requirements
A logical and analytical approach

Good Organisational skills

Excellent Communication skills

Works well alone and within the team

Awareness / knowledge of cost control - budgeting

Good IT Skills

Preferred requirements
Knowledge of the Access Care Planning System

Any experience of working within the healthcare sector

Hours
Flexible hours Full or Part-time

On Call assistance on a rotational basis

Role

Organise and maintain all staff rotas
Create client schedules and work with the families, Care Manager and the Senior Care Coordinator
Cover incoming calls to the office.
