  • Hybrid Days a week in office)**Gleeson Recruitment are working on an exciting opportunity alongside a rapidly growing business based in Walsall. We're searching for a confident & competent Business Analyst that can provide a high quality of work and cope with a large workload.

Skills and Experience:


  • Experience determining the explicit and implicit needs and requirements of various stakeholders.
  • Strong problem resolution, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage both developers and business partners to achieve target outcomes.
  • Proven interpersonal skills and an ability to influence senior leaders and peers.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical information in a condensed manner to various stakeholders verbally and in writing.
  • Experience creating documentation such as business case documentation or business requirements summaries.
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent years of experience).
  • 35 years of experience in business analysis.
  • Background in relevant industries, functions, and/or technologies is preferred.
  • Business analysis certification (e.g. CBAP) is preferred.
