Rewards Business Partner
Are you an experienced HR professional with a passion for employee rewards?

At Jewson we are looking for a Rewards Business Partner to join our HR Team. In this newly created role you will be joining the team at a really exciting time of transformation. You will have the opportunity to really make a difference by assisting the implementation our new rewards strategy.

You will be reporting to the Head of Rewards working alongside a Rewards Advisor and Administrator.

This is full time work from home position with occasional travel to meet with senior stakeholders and really engage with colleagues to ensure any launched benefits land well within the business.

This is a flexible position with the manager open to discussion around flexible work arrangements.

What we're looking for:

***For this role we need someone who has great experience in Rewards, maybe you have a background as a Rewards Analyst and are ready for your next step?

There are some key criteria that would be required for this role

Previous experience of working as a Reward Analyst or similar role is essential (preferably for a large multibrand organisation)
Up to date knowledge of legislation impacting compensation and benefits
Experience with Flex Benefit Platforms and an appreciation of systems and how they interact with each other is essential
Pension knowledge is essential
Understanding of salary sacrifice
Trained in HAY methodology is desirable
Advanced excel knowledge
