Description

Our client, a growing Lloyd's syndicate, seeks an individual with experience of working in a similar (data processing/checking) role in the Lloyd's insurance market.

This role sits in the Underwriting Performance/Operations function and you will provide a strong first line of control and review and feedback data quality issues to stakeholders in the business.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for monitoring the processing submitted by the underwriting operations technicians, ensuring high levels of accuracy and driving improvements in data accuracy across the business
  • Review the quality and accuracy of the work produced by the Underwriting Operations Team using an agreed set of criteria
  • Review, analyse and report on data accuracy/integrity across underwriting and operational activities
  • Work with various functions including underwriting, coverholder management, credit control and bordereaux management to understand data points utilised within processing, and the impact they have on business performance
  • Review the quality and accuracy of the work produced by the Underwriting Operations Team using an agreed set of criteria
  • Review, analyse and report on data accuracy/integrity across underwriting and operational activities
  • Support the bordereaux management team in reconciliation and sense checking of data
  • Review, analyse and report on data accuracy/integrity across underwriting and operational activities


This is a remote working role however there will be a requirement to go into the office once a month.
