Want to be part of this? We're currently recruiting for an Estate Cleaner to join our Estates Cleaning team.

What you'll achieve in the role:

The overall purpose of this role is to deliver a quality cleaning service to all Raven Housing Trust communal areas both internally and externally.

Key responsibilities include:

Delivering a high quality Estate Cleaning service but undertaking all aspects of general daily cleaning duties throughout communal areas, including sweeping, hoovering, mopping, dusting, and more.
To confidently operate cleaning equipment and use cleaning materials in accordance with Health and Safety requirements.
To meet required company standards whilst procedures and policies are adhered to.

What you'll bring to Raven:

For this role, we are looking for someone with the following:

A basic understanding of cleaning duties, including mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and dusting.
A full, clean, driving licence, as this role requires travel to various Raven properties.
The ability to work independently, and to communicate with others as and when required.
Experience of being an effective team member with a flexible approach.
The ability to use modern communication technology and IT.

DBS clearance will be required for this role.
