The Role:
Installation & Logistics Coordinator

Location:
Cardiff


Salary:
Up to £27,500 -£29,500 per annum based on experience
Working hours: 37.50 hours per week 8 am to 4.30 pm, Monday to Friday

At Wild Creations we design, manufacture and install Props & Scenery for the Entertainment, Marketing and Theme Park Industries.
We are looking for an organised, self-motivated individual to work alongside our Production & Installation Managers. You will facilitate all aspects of projects as they depart the workshop - booking transport, staff
& accommodation and you will personally oversee the departure and/or installation of all Wild Creations projects:

The Role you will be doing:

  • Arrange transport for both domestic and international deliveries
  • Arrange accommodation for installation crews
  • Prepare packing lists and shipping documents including customs paperwork
  • Oversee the wrapping and loading of projects onto transports
  • Attend meetings and take detailed notes
  • Arrange travel logistics for installation staff
  • Liaise with staff across different departments
  • Review & distribute site progress reports
  • Arrange work visas
  • Assist with Risk Assessments & Method Statements for Installation
  • Undertake Site Visits
  • Schedule collections by company vehicles where needed

  • Experience in live events or similar is preferable
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good communication skills

  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills
  • Good organisation skills including ability to manage time and prioritise effectively
  • Good documentation skills preferably Mac based
  • Able to carry out other workshop duties when necessary
