Description

Mott MacDonald Bentley (MMB) is working with Severn Trent Water to deliver a range of water and wastewater treatment projects as part of their frameworks in AMP7 and beyond.

Your role will be to lead the design of water and wastewater projects, managing the preparation of outline and detailed engineering designs.


As part of this role, you will:

  • Use and further develop your own technical and design delivery skills within a multidisciplinary team, as well as co-ordinate the work of other members of the design team
  • Manage the design cost and programme to ensure that design is completed within budget and on time
  • Develop designs that reduce carbon and protect the environment
  • Be part of a fully integrated design and build team
  • Collaborate with the site team throughout the design stage to develop safe, buildable solutions
  • Engage with the Client to support them in achieving their aims
Civil, mechanical, electrical or process engineer (other disciplines will be considered)

Experience of water/wastewater design preferable.

Mott MacDonald Bentley offers fully integrated design and build services to its clients, combining the contracting expertise of JN Bentley and the design specialisms of Mott MacDonald.

This role is employed by Mott MacDonald but will involve working across the joint venture business, both with Mott MacDonald and JN Bentley colleagues.
