Key responsibilities of the Maintenance Operative will include:

To keep the apartment facilities in optimum operating condition by performing reactive and planned preventative maintenance in line with apartment policies and procedures.


Key aspects to the role include:

Maintains the overall appearance of the apartments, bedroom fixtures & fittings, carries out general repairs, maintains high standards to décor & paint work throughout the apartments.

Performs preventative maintenance throughout all areas of the hotel, complies with all health and safety regulations and legal responsibilities including COSHH, Fire, Environmental Health and RIDDOR.

Ensuring guest satisfaction by performing duties such as attending to guest requests and enquiries courteously and promptly. Maintains a favourable working relationship including good communication with all team members and key departments

The main requirements for the Maintenance Operative role are:
Experience in a similar position preferred.

An excellent team player with strong communication skills, and a positive approach to their work.

Ability to self-motivate and work alone.

Basic knowledge of electrical & plumbing systems and/or painting & decorating preferred.

Essential Criteria - Driving License


Salary:
£10.18-£10.42 per hour
