The newly appointed CRO Specialist will work within a talented team driven by the growth of the digital channel and its importance in the company's road map.
This is a wonderful opportunity for someone with a proven track record of delivering an end-to-end conversion rate optimisation strategy - from ideation to delivery, to join a highly reputable business that has seen incredible online growth for the past year and as a result, the team is expanding.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years' experience in conversion rate optimisation on relevant personalisation software (Optimizely, AB Tasty, Monetate, Dynamic Yield etc.).
- Deep understanding and experience of key elements that impact conversation e.g., customer journey management, website personalisation, online merchandising, A/B and multi testing, customer segmentation, competitors benchmarking, etc.
- Experience of planning, running and delivering optimisation projects.
- Strong analytical skills with working knowledge in analytics packages e.g., Google Analytics etc
- Good timemanagement and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
- Ability to adopt different user testing strategies and analysis of testing results to drive decision making and product improvements. A particular focus on effectively calculating statistical significance.
- Criticalthinker and problemsolver.
- A keen eye for detail and design.
- Good stakeholder management, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Driven and motivated to be part of a CRO team that adapts, develops, and grows through continuous feedback and improvement.
- Experience in the eCommerce industry is desired.
- Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript and CSS is a plus.
- Valid working rights for the EMEA countries.
