Purpose

We are looking for a Sales Administrator to provide pre and post sales administration support to our Business Development Managers and Customers. You will work with the Sales Administration team to be the first point of contact with customers over the telephone and be professional and helpful at all times.

Responsibilities and Duties

Process sales quotes and orders
Answer the telephone and door and be the first point of contact for customers regarding their account and advise on any queries they may have
General administration duties
Provide information internally and externally
Ensure documentation/computer systems are kept updated
Liaise with all internal departments
When customers visit you will be expected to collect food & drink, and organise our Showroom for the visit
Support senior sales administrators

Skills and Abilities

Must have excellent working knowledge of Excel and Word
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels both written and verbal
To be able to work as part of a team and by yourself
Strong planning and organisational skills
Ability to build strong customer relationships
NVQ II in Business Administration and Customer Care, or other recognised equivalent qualification
Time management and enjoy working under pressure
No 2 days will be the same, must be able to adapt
Must have a positive attitude
Must be able to drive
