Description
We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join the team at our growing fashion logistics business here in the UK.
In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the customer service team to ensure the highest level of customer satifaction is acheived.
Responsibilities:
- Planning and monitoring daily deliveries in a timely and costeffective manner
- Booking the stock in and preparing the relevant paperwork
- Maintain relationships and daily reporting with 3rd party carriers
- Understanding of Customs requirements and managing ETSF preferable
- Ensuring the team is kept motivated
- Providing leadership and support to the team
- Responsible for managing workload and priorities
- Confident and able to communicate with various stakeholders
- Preparing KPI reports
Skills, Qualifications and Expertise
- Ability to analyse data
- Good MS Excel skills
- Experience of working to tight deadlines
- Flexibility in approach to work.
- Ability to prioritise workload.

Salary:
£28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
