Leadership and Management Trainer
HWGTA are a "not for profit", Ofsted "Outstanding" training provider, specialising in adult workforce and Apprenticeship training.

The purpose of a Leadership and Management Trainer:

Develop and deliver appropriate leadership, management and development training courses up to level 5, ensuring they meet with awarding bodies syllabus where required.
Plan and monitor progress towards learning objectives and activity, according to the specific abilities of the learner.
Identify learners that require additional support and put in place, plans and support to aid their progress.
Promote and represent the Association at external and internal events.
Identify training opportunities within companies and promote the Association's full range of training programmes.

The successful applicant will ideally:

Have 2yrs industry experience in a management role
Be an experienced trainer, or be willing to undertake an accredited training qualification
Have strong administrative and coordination skills, including being highly organised, efficient, and accurate.
Hold a Level 4 Award in Internal Quality Assurance of the assessment process (IQA), Level 3 in Assessing Vocational Achievement or equivalent.
Possess good communication, verbal and written skills.
Confidence when working with all people.
Have the ability to deliver excellent levels of service, both to existing and new businesses.

Hold relevant qualifications to support occupational competence.
