Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic business development plans will be developed and executed to expand AMK Global Group's client base and market presence in immigration services.
- The OISC Regulated Immigration Advisers code of conduct and practices will be kept up to date.
- Proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities will be utilized to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Strong relationships with prospective and existing clients will be built and maintained, with tailored solutions provided to meet their immigration needs.
- Expert advice on immigration options and strategies will be offered through comprehensive assessments and eligibility checks for clients.
- Leadership in marketing campaigns and promotional activities will be taken to enhance brand visibility and attract potential clients.
- The management of endtoend file processing will ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely submission of immigration documents.
- Monitoring changes in immigration laws, regulations, and policies will enable accurate client advice and risk mitigation.
- Collaboration with internal teams, including legal experts and immigration consultants, will ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations will be managed to secure new business partnerships and client engagements.
- Tracking sales performance, analyzing market trends, and providing regular reports to senior management on business development activities and outcomes will be conducted.
- Representation of AMK Global Group at industry events, conferences, and seminars will be undertaken to enhance brand reputation and establish thought leadership in immigration services.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Additional certifications in immigration law or OISC accreditation are preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, business development, and client management roles within the UK immigration services industry is required.
- A strong understanding of immigration processes, regulations, and procedures, particularly within the jurisdiction of the UK and OISC guidelines, is essential.
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets, cultivating client relationships, and driving revenue growth in a competitive market environment is required.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex immigration concepts clearly and persuasively, are essential.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously is required.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant business development tools is essential.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings, conferences, and networking events as needed is required.
Salary:
From £10.00 per hour
