Business Partner - Organisational Design:

We have an exciting position available to join our Organisational Design team.

Reporting to the Senior Partner-OD, your role will be pivotal in ensuring the effective delivery and success of our strategic plan.

Key areas of delivery include organisational change, learning and development, employee engagement, reward and recognition and Equality, Diversity and Inclusivity to enhance our people experience, evolve our culture and embed our Solent values and leadership behaviours.
