Orchid Care Ltd is looking to recruit a number of Residential Children Care Workers to join our team; as a new provision we are looking to build a team of skilled staff.

• Providing 1:1 support to the children in the home
• Completing paperwork, risk assessments and care plans for the young children. Undertaking key work sessions with the children.
• Attending meetings; having good communications with other professionals.
• Attending training to support with the role.
• Experience in the child care sector; or relevant sector whereby skills are transferable to this job role.
• Experience and understanding of safeguarding; legislation, frameworks and guidance relevant to the child care sector.
• A willingness to learn and adapt your approach to the needs of the children we care for.
• An enthusiastic approach, and passion for achieving positive outcomes for children in the care sector.
• Experience in this sector is required; either voluntary or experience working in a residential children's home previously or in a supportive role.
