What you'll do

  • Lead in design forums to deliver industry standard OSS implementations
  • Gather and map customer requirements & present clearly for business and technical stakeholders alike
  • Engage in presales activities, Conduct/Lead Customer workshops, and actively support regional business engagements
  • Provide Design governance across the design and delivery of the projects.
  • Take ownership of technical issues and activities and drive to completion

What you'll bring

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Communications and BSS & OSS domains, complemented by extensive experience in B2B & B2C Service implementation
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Oracle Communications RxDOD / SNO solutions, combined with a solid awareness of TOGAF/TMF/eTOM and SID Data Model
  • Proven involvement in tasks related to Fulfilment, Network Management, Resource Management, Service Management, Custom web services, and Kafka
  • Adeptness in working both autonomously and collaboratively, offering guidance as a coach/mentor to junior team members

  • Cloud Native practices and Oracle OCI
  • Oracle Communications Products: UIM, NI, MSS, OSM, ASAP, BRM, ECE
  • Network domains such as MPLS, VPLS, VPN, VLL, Optical circuit, DSL, VoIP, Volte, 4G and 5G
  • Telecom protocols (SNMP, TL1, CORBA, FTP, Telnet, SSH etc.)
  • UNIX / LINUX environment / Unix shell scripts
