WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
(Production and Supply) Planners are professionals in charge of ensuring that all materials and goods required for production go into the right place exactly when they should. They work closely with managers, production members and engineers to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Our goal is to achieve Operational Excellence, one of the three core competencies at MSBD Europe business along with Customer Intimacy and Unrivalled Products Innovation).

Coordinate production workflow for one or multiple products.
Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
Develop, implement, and monitor daytoday operational systems and processes that provide visibility into goals, progress, and obstacles for key initiatives.
Build and maintain relationships with all department heads in Europe, Japan and Taiwan, external partners, and vendors to make decisions regarding operational activity and strategic goals.
Ensure clear communication on planning and deliveries. Closely work with the head of customer experience for constant improvement.
Plan, monitor, and analyse key metrics for the performance of the operations to ensure efficient and to build a worldclass operational set of Panasonic compliant processes.
Uphold organization policies and standards, ensuring legislative regulations are followed.
Ensures all customer commitments are delivered on time every time.
Collaborate with quality control, warehouse and other staff.
Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Education:

Degree Level with exceptionally broad and deep expertise.

Experience, Knowledge, and Skills:

Proven experience as production planner.
Excellent knowledge of production planning and quality control principles.
Experience in MRP II (Manufacturing resource planning).
Working knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems.
Good at math and statistics.
Strong organizational and problemsolving skills.
Excellent communication abilities.
