Main Purpose of Job:

Static role - where you will be required to perform planned and reactive electrical maintenance plus basic plumbing repair and other reactive and planned building maintenance work.

08.00-4pm Monday to Friday

Ideal handyperson role that would appeal to an experienced maintenance person, repair person or handyperson
with 17th OR 18th edition certificates, experience in planned and reactive electrical maintenance and a willingness to carry out non electrical repair work such as basic plumbing, fixing doors and windows and painting.
