  • Founded in 2019, this high growth company is now seeking an ambitious Head of Sales (SNAM) to work closely alongside the founders.
  • Having established a solid presence in the prestige ontrade scene, this business is now seeking a Head of Sales (SNAM) with a strong retail background to further drive sales and distribution.
  • There has never been a better time to join this company as they start to scale up, not only in the UK but globally.

The role:

  • Initially the role will involve lots of new business development seeking new opportunities and growing distribution, developing channel strategies and supporting brand positioning.
  • This Head of Sales (NAM) role will involve lots of work alongside the founders, focusing on the development of a commercial sales and channel strategy.
  • You will define sales reporting structure and process, budget management with marketing and creating a sales planning approach
  • Will have experience managing national accounts, ideally across multiple channels including retail
  • Must be passionate about food and drink in order to naturally be a brand ambassador for this exciting nonalcoholic drinks brand
  • This person will have the energy, drive and desire to be a part of a small, highgrowth business in the drinks industry
  • A strong track record of winning performance and developing new business.
