NIGHT CONCIERGE
4 nights on 4 nights off; 7pm -7am

An excellent Night Concierge is required for a remarkable new-build scheme located in the heart of Mayfair.


The Role:

The concierge will be the first point of contact for residents and guests arriving at the development.

They will be responsible for the delivery of the highest levels of customer service to all residents and their guests, it will be their duty to create memorable experiences for the residents.

They will need to have a strong passion for delivering great service in a professional manner and be able to work well under pressure.


Requirements:


  • Minimum 3 years hospitality experience as a concierge within London super prime
residential schemes

  • Must have excellent communication skills and customer service skills
  • Service driven, understand the importance of going the 'extra mile'
  • Experience serving UHNWIs
  • Good knowledge of Central London and surrounding local area
  • High standard of written and spoken English, additional language skills beneficial
  • Full clean UK driving licence
