Our client is a leading UK food producer with revenue of over £2 Billion.

Our client produces and supplies premium food to high profile UK grocery retailers, the food service sector and other UK and global customers.

Now with over 20 sites in the UK, Our client are dedicated to growing and developing their team.

The Role:

Our client is currently recruiting for a Production Supervisor to become an integral part of their very busy team This is a high pressure role due to the FMCG high demand environment and responsibility required of the Production Supervisor, but very rewarding

Role Responsibilities:

Overseeing every aspect of retail production to deliver topquality products and consistently meet production KPIs and targets.
Driving production to achieve planned outputs with precision, efficiency, and adherence to quality standards.
Minimizing downtime and reducing waste of raw materials, packaging, and consumables.
Investigating any deviations from agreed targets and implementing necessary corrective actions.
Accurately identifying 'Work in Progress', 'Residuals', and endofproduction packs, processing them in line with technical specifications and safety regulations.
Providing exceptional internal and external customer service through punctual deliveries and minimizing returns.
Assuming responsibility for managing shifts in the absence of the Shift Manager and providing holiday cover for production schedulers.

Desired Experience:

Previous supervisor experience within FMCG manufacturing (preferably food related)
Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changes and be forward thinking

Job Type:
Permanent

Salary:
Up to £39,500.00 per year
