The Role

The firm is highly regarded for its outstanding client care and high-quality commercial work. They feature regularly in the top law firms to work for, and have excellent staff retention rates.

They have recently won a plethora of new clients across a range of legal sectors and are looking to add a senior.

highly regarded Employment Partner, or Senior Associate that is looking for a step up to lead and develop the team.

This practice is well established, well funded and attracts heavyweight lawyers because of the quality of work that they do, and also the service that they offer.

The firm is based in Chester City Centre, and the location is commutable from Liverpool, Warrington, The Wirral, Manchester and North Wales.

The opportunity to work from home regularly, if not full time is also available.

A Senior Employment Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE or equivalent.
Ability to work to deadlines/targets, to prioritise and manage a varied caseload.
Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative.
Strong legal and leadership skills with an eye for detail.
Excellent organisation and timemanagement skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional and effective communication with team members and contacts.
