Administrator - Social Housing Planned Maintenance
Central London
Full time, permanent
£24,000 - £28,000 per annum
Howells Solutions are currently recruiting for a Construction Administrator to work with a Main Contractor on Decent Homes / Planned Maintenance projects in London.
Administrator - Key Responsibilities:
- Updating spreadsheets/reports including programme trackers
- Dealing with handovers from contractors, passing to relevant team members
- Manage incoming electronic information ensuring compliance with protocols and standards
- Control project documentation, potentially on multiple simultaneous projects
- Working alongside Site Manager and Resident Liaison Officer
- Strong Microsoft IT skills including Excel
- General office admin
- Producing reports for management
- Offering best practice advice where possible
Administrator - What we are looking for:
- Strong admin skills and experience
- Advanced IT Skills
- Proactive attitude with ability to work using own initiative
- Experience in a fastpaced environment
- Ability to pick up new software and systems very quickly
