Description
RMS are pleased to represent a leading provider of bespoke packaging solutions who are based in Spennymoor. They are now looking for a Sales Administrator to join the growing team.


Role and responsibilities:

  • Processing customer orders onto our Sage 200 System
  • Prepare paperwork for two different carrier systems plus Import/Export experience
  • Progress chasing
  • Deal with customer telephone enquires
  • Working on customer systems, uploading information onto portals ie Webrix/ Cooper systems
  • Knowledge of dealing with stock on Sage systems

Ideal experience:

  • Sage 200 experience or similar
  • A background in customer service
  • 2 years experience within a similar role
  • Experience working on carrier systems

In return they are offering:

  • Competitive salary
  • 20 days holiday plus bank holidays (increasing with service)
  • 37.5 hours per week
  • 8:30am5pm Monday to Thursday, 8:30am
  • 2:30pm on Fridays

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£25,000.00 per year

  • Monday to Friday
