Description
RMS are pleased to represent a leading provider of bespoke packaging solutions who are based in Spennymoor. They are now looking for a Sales Administrator to join the growing team.Role and responsibilities:
- Processing customer orders onto our Sage 200 System
- Prepare paperwork for two different carrier systems plus Import/Export experience
- Progress chasing
- Deal with customer telephone enquires
- Working on customer systems, uploading information onto portals ie Webrix/ Cooper systems
- Knowledge of dealing with stock on Sage systems
Ideal experience:
- Sage 200 experience or similar
- A background in customer service
- 2 years experience within a similar role
- Experience working on carrier systems
In return they are offering:
- Competitive salary
- 20 days holiday plus bank holidays (increasing with service)
- 37.5 hours per week
- 8:30am5pm Monday to Thursday, 8:30am
- 2:30pm on Fridays
