We have a fantastic opportunity for a receptionist to join the team at Quality Hotel Coventry, Allesley. We are a 3* Hotel with 80 Bedrooms, Restaurant, Bar, Meeting, Function Rooms and Leisure Suite.

We are currently looking for a Full Time receptionist.

Reporting to the front of house manager, your prime function will be to deliver the highest standards of customer service at all times.

You will need to have excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. It is important to be a strong team player, with bags of enthusiasm and personality. Previous experience in a front facing customer service environment is essential.


What you would be doing on a weekly basis: -

  • Assisting in the smooth running of all guest related issues.
  • The check in of guests informing them of the hotel facilities, parking arrangements, restaurants etc.
  • Checking out guests and processing payments via the appropriate method e.g. credit card, cheque and cash.
  • Helping to ensure a safe environment for both staff and guests and adhering to the company's health and safety policy and procedures.

What you offer:

  • Previous experience of using property management systems is preferred
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft office, word, excel & outlook
  • Previous front of house experience

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
