About this role

Full time, 3 days a week together in our London or Manchester Digital Hub (with flexible 2 days wherever).

Blending one of the UK's largest data sets with cutting edge data science, we provide solutions for transport, finance, retail, real estate, and government sectors with a growing pipeline of new product initiatives under way.
  • We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead our efforts in creating innovative products and customer solutions. You will play a pivotal role in defining and executing our product strategy within the location analytics sector. You will leverage telco data to develop marketleading products and solutions tailored to the unique needs of the sectors we work. Working closely with crossfunctional teams, you will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization.

    You'll have the following accountabilities
  • Product Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for location analytics solutions in the various sectors, aligned with business goals and market demands.
  • Market Research and customer discovery: Conduct indepth market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive insights, shaping our product roadmap accordingly.
  • Product Roadmap: Define, prioritise, and manage the product roadmap, taking into account customer feedback, industry developments, and technology advancements.

Functional Collaboration:

Collaborate closely with UX/UI, business analysts, engineering, data science, design, and sales teams to drive product development, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and business objectives.


  • Product Development: Lead the product development process, including defining user stories, wireframing, and collaborating with the engineering team to deliver highquality products on time and within budget.
  • User Experience: Champion usercentric design principles to ensure our products provide an exceptional user experience, focusing on ease of use and customer satisfaction.
  • Metrics and Analysis: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly analyse product metrics to make datadriven decisions, iterating on the product as necessary.
  • Product Launch: Plan and execute successful product launches, including marketing strategies, sales enablement/gotomarket plans, and customer training programs.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, gathering feedback and insights to continuously improve our products.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about relevant regulations and ensure product compliance, especially regarding data privacy and security.

You'll have the following skills & experience

  • Strong understanding of location analytics, telco data, and the transport sector.
  • Knowledge of the use of geospatial and weblog data would be an advantage.
  • Proven track record of bringing digital and datadriven products to market.
  • Experience working in digital startup/scaleup businesses.
  • Innovative, entrepreneurial, ability to multitask.
  • Strong understanding of customer needs and the ability to translate them into a technical solution
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Commercial financial modelling skills for new product validation
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred but not essential
