Change Consultant-Bristol, Manchester, Gloucestershire or London-Permanent-£40,000-£80,000-SC Cleared or willing to undergo

Are you an experienced Consultant looking to deliver business change in an exciting and challenging environment?
Our client is a leading Defence and Security Consultancy who have well established teams in London and Bristol and are looking to increase the head count to help contribute to the work they need to deliver

They are loking for dynamic and driven Consultants to join their team - you don't have to be the finished product, but you have to be keen to learn and excellent with clients


Key responsibilities:


  • Working collaboratively with senior stakeholders in technologyled transformation programmes
  • Delivering on strategy, business design and change management
  • Analysing complex problems, designing innovative solutions, and communicating them effectively
  • Delivering transformational change, with awareness and knowledge of business change models, tools, and techniques
  • Help clients solve complex issues by performing analysis, providing recommendations, and utilising a combination of experience, industry knowledge, tools, and technology
  • Support business development by contributing to new business proposals and taking roles in industry and account teams
  • Deliver and lead components of endtoend transformation activity in a variety of programme contexts

Key experience required:


  • 2+ years working on complex change/transformation projects
  • Experience in either a consultancy environment and/or Defence, public sector, government or CNI
  • Experience of preparing affected business areas for transitioning to new ways of working
  • Experience of guiding stakeholders through business transformations
  • Communications planning and implementation
  • Experience facilitating workshops with wide range of stakeholders
  • A strong academic and continuing professional development record, ideally including a relevant degree or management qualification
  • Experience of working within a true client facing consulting style environment
  • Experience of IT package implementations including ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning systems) or large custom builds, ideally including social media
  • Change management skills around completion of impact assessments, business readiness and stakeholder analysis and plan
