To provide support to the organisation and ensure administrative and clerical duties within the practice are carried out within the Practice's guidelines and policiesTo ensure the day-to-day activities of the practice are carried out accordingly
General administrative duties
- Process post: electronic and paper deal with all internal/external post in line with current procedures
- Scan, attach and forward all post both patient and nonpatient related
- Process SystmOne tasks and workflow
- Match pathology reports to the patients and GPs
- Process and action tasks and other workflow requests
- Process all medical report requests
- Process all Subject Access Requests
- Process and maintain specialist patient registers
- Process patient deaths and coroner's office report requests
- Contact relevant external agencies to send and receive patient information
- On a regular and ad hoc basis, monitor general usage and reorder requirements for stationery
- Contact patients / other agencies as necessary
- Register new patients
The post holder may be required to undertake other duties / responsibilities at the discretion of the GP Partners or the Management Team.
Job Types:

Salary:
£10.60 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
