Neathouse Partners, a leading regulatory consultancy providing outsourced HR, Employment Law, and Health & Safety services, is seeking a Part-Time Office Receptionist to join our team.
This position is integral to our office operations and offers a unique opportunity to work within a dynamic, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls, ensuring clients are directed to the appropriate staff within Neathouse Partners.
- Assist Directors and senior staff with administrative tasks, including document preparation, meeting coordination, and query handling.
- Maintain the office environment to a high standard of cleanliness and organisation.
Requirements:
- Confident and clear communication skills.
- Professional and courteous demeanour with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues and customers.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Proficient IT skills.
- Professional appearance.
Working Hours: 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
Salary:
£15,500 per annum.
Location:
Regus House, Chester Business Park.
