Up to £35,000, depending on experience

Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

Location: 40 Grosvenor Place, London, SW1X 7HY - hybrid working, minimum 2 days in the office per week

What are we looking for?

Cleveland Clinic London are looking to recruit a Communications Associate to join our Marketing and Communications Team.


Reporting to and supported by the Head of Marketing and Communications, you will help to organise and coordinate a mix of communications activities to promote Cleveland Clinic London amongst a range of internal and external stakeholders.


You will have a general understanding of social media and internal communications planning, execution and implementation of best practices, and demonstrate a flexible approach to their role that reflects the changing needs of a fast-paced environment.

The postholder will have proven experience of writing and editing. We anticipate that c. 20% of the role will be dedicated to social media, 80% to internal communications.

What will your duties include?- Work with the Head of Marketing and Communications to support a wide range of internal communications activity.

Create content to support campaigns across a range of platforms, including newsletters, intranet, meetings.

Optimise copy for different platforms and formats, with aim to inform, inspire and educate.- Lead copywriting for internal communications and support copywriting for external audiences (patient stories and other opportunities).

Internal projects to include those in support of Cleveland Clinic London's strategic priorities and other organisational communications.- Own development and population of intranet, coordinating London caregivers in delivery of content (creating and posting content, reviewing data to optimise).- Own development/distribution of weekly internal newsletter, coordinating caregivers in delivery of content.- Own delivery of monthly leadership team meeting - compiling agenda, arranging speakers, running IT.- Work closely and collaborate with US based communication and digital teams to drive forward London opportunities and provide local market insight.- Intentionally integrate Cleveland Clinic standards in all communications.- Support the development, execution and evaluation of comprehensive social media strategies, aimed at health professional, consumer, corporate and other audiences.- Monitor performance of social channels across organic and paid activity.

Assist in the creation and development of weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reports, including insights and recommendations.

Use social listening/measurement/insight tools and dashboards to generate and share content.- Take ownership of administration relating to communications - raising POs, invoice payment, meeting minutes etc.- Other duties as assigned.


What we need from you?- Extensive experience within communications campaign development and execution, either in an agency environment or commercial organisation with ambitious growth targets.- A demonstrable track record of writing for a wide range of outlets and communications execution, either in an agency environment or commercial organisation with ambitious growth targets.- Track record of developing content for corporate social media channels and platforms.- Database management and Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.- Experience with social media platforms including Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, and others.- Previous experience within a healthcare useful but not essential.
