Receptionist Position

We are currently seeking a full-time receptionist for our secondary school. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from £80 to £110 per day, depending on experience. Experience with SIMS (School Information Management System) is essential for this role.


Responsibilities:


  • Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate destination within the school premises.
  • Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries from parents, students, and staff.
  • Maintaining accurate records of student attendance and late arrivals using SIMS.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Supporting the administrative team with various tasks as needed.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience working as a receptionist, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Proficiency in using SIMS or similar school management software.
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to the school community.


Additionally, we are always recruiting for experienced School Administrators/Receptionists & Welfare Officers to work in local schools around the Hackney/Tower Hamlets areas, covering all manners of administration within a busy environment.


  • Knowledge of SIMS is required.
  • A DBS check is mandatory.
  • An uptodate First Aid certificate is also required.
