    We are seeking an enthusiastic and energetic Logistic Coordinator to join our Supply Chain Management team. This entry-level position offers the opportunity to work with an industry-leading global brand.

    The Logistics Coordinator will support the overall management and monitoring of Supply Chain logistics operations by producing logistics forecast reports, reporting on exceptions, analysing service levels, producing key performance indicator reports, and monitoring and checking spend with third-party partners.

    You will need tenacity, resilience, and attention to detail to help resolve complex queries. You must be computer literate with a mindset and interest in analysing numerical data to improve customer service processes and practices.

    Responsibilities:
    • Support overall management and monitoring of Supply Chain logistics operations.
    • Ensure third-party partners meet required SLAs by producing and analysing forecast reports, logging and reporting on exceptions, analysing service levels, and producing key performance indicator reports.
    • Accurately complete Customs entries with assistance from our customs broker.
    • Monitor daily inbound shipments to port and warehouses and ensure action is taken where necessary to achieve on-time delivery into the warehouse.
    • Ensure all deliveries from warehouses to Canon UK & Ireland customers are carried out satisfactorily and within agreed SLAs.
    • Administer marine insurance claims for Canon UK, including obtaining documentation, logging on the broker system, dealing with disputes, and ensuring claim closure.
    • Run and distribute weekly and monthly reports on inbound and outbound movements to track KPIs and SLAs. Analyse trends to identify issues and opportunities for improvement.

    Requirements:
    • Experience in logistics, preferably with a mix of air/sea/truck.
    • A self-starter with a customer-first attitude.
    • High level of customer focus with excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
    • Possession of Power BI knowledge.
    • Experience working in Business Operations/Supply Chain environments is desirable.
    • Competent in managing queries, resolving issues, and working with multiple stakeholders to find solutions.
    • Basic project management skills are desirable.
    • Experience working with sales performance metrics is desirable.
