Event Staff


Duties:


  • Assist with event registration and checkin processes.
  • Provide excellent customer service to event attendees, answering questions and addressing concerns.
  • Monitor event areas to ensure cleanliness and safety.
  • Assist with crowd control and manage lines or queues as needed.
  • Collaborate with other event staff members to ensure smooth operations throughout the event.

Requirements:


  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods of time and lift/move heavy objects when necessary.
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles is preferred but not required.

Job Types:
Part-time, Zero hours contract

Part-time hours: 5-12 per week


Salary:
£8.00-£10.42 per hour

Experience:

Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
